Actually, I'd love a Superman Hereafter figure. It's one of those variants they really should have done long before now. I'm just sad we didn't get a Savage Time Batman to go with him.

I'll be happy with getting what's left that was announced then I'll be just as happy to move on to the GL:TAS line that was kinda sorta announced in this press release. I also wouldn't mind if they finally just did a Mattel Presents DC Universe Animated featuring {whatever} line...but that's a pipe dream.

I'm going to go one step further. One step into JLU Happy Fun Time Positivity Land.
A JLU sub is coming, and it will include all previously shown JLU from Toy Fair 2011, plus Dr. Destiny, Firefly, and Volcana. Then, we'll see all teams completed, and get a sub exclusive figure on top of it all.
Of course, this is wishful thinking at it's most dangerous. But news is a coming for JLU, and the haters can make like a tree and get out of here, Biff Tannen style.

And I wonder if my wife and kids want to go to JLU Happy Fun Time Positivity Land instead of Disneyland next year

I do not think we'll be getting a JLU sub on Matty, but I wouldn't be surprised if JLU came back to retail as the bargain basement superhero figures again. Mattel has nothing to fill this slot and JLU were very successful as $5-$6 figures.

I just hope the JLU news isn't something like continuing the die-cast figures or incorporating JLU created characters like the Justice Guild, Justice Lords, Devil Ray, etc into the DCUC line. I HIGHLY doubt that will be the news as I think no matter what else might come the thing we will most likely get is some or all of the unreleased figures. You just never know though because Mattel sometimes throws us a curve.
Although I'm ready for JLU to come to a close after the shown figures get released I think I could still maybe go for a monthly 3 or 4 pack JLU sub for a decent price. I'm warming up to the idea JLU sub. Probably unlikely but we can always dream.

I'd buy a DCUC Devil Ray in a heartbeat.

I would hope we see an actual Bruce before an old Bruce. Just as we saw a Clark Kent in the DCUC predecessor.

I'm just of this belief a standard should always see the light of day before a variation. If that makes sense? Like imagine if they released a Star Sapphire Wonder Woman before Wonder Woman? You know... Old Bruce and standard Bruce would be an awesome set!
