Here is just a brief summary of some Q's and A's:

When asked about when the JLU news will be released:

"The team will be making some announcements that will likely come in early 2012 with more details on the JLU line. Hold tight until then!"

When asked about Batman Beyond re-release figure for All Star Line:

"The Batman Beyond figure is making an encore appearance in the line. However, don't interpret this to be a pattern. There won't be one encore figure per mix. Hope this helps clarify!"

When asked about the Reign of Superman figures:

"We originally considered creating the Superman themed mix to hit shelves in between Wave 20 and the first mix of the All-Stars. We then decided not to proceed with this mix in order to get the All-Stars to shelf as quickly as possible."

The JLU news was the only one I wanted to hear an answer from and I'm sad that we have to wait until 2012 to know what the news is but on the positive side, I view it as new year-new hope! I'll admit 2011 wasn't a positive JLU year in terms of news for the line.

Actually, the JLU news is good. We finally got confirmation that it has something to do with the line and not a particular clearance sale on Matty. And I'd seriously doubt they'd tease us like that if the news was the line was ending. I think we're going to get the unreleased figures.

Maybe at the very least, TOYMAN.

I'm pretty much convinced now that it's good news. They've already run pretty much every clearance and get rid of old product sale they could think of. They've already announced the line was dead and wouldn't tease us for months on end just to tell us that a second time. Another announcement covering either of those two topics would just be redundant.

I'm patient. I'm in no rush for the news, especially since it appears to be good news. It's likely the missing three-packs, but hopefully it's also good news for Dr. Destiny, Firefly and Volcana. Hopefully it's also good news for those of you who missed the Legends of the League and Secret Society II six-packs. And I would try not to shed too many tears if they announced a Golden Age Sandman, Atom, Starman, Mr. Terrific, Stripsey and Star-Spangled Kid six-pack.

A JLU tease, but it's enough to give me hope. I think we'll get the unreleased figures, either on Matty or as convention exclusives. Either way, I'll be happy.

Beetle/Gardner 2012!

I want all 13 unreleased figures!

I almost started a new poll to have us rank these figures in order of personal importance. But I think they're all important.

Aquagirl - an easy custom but I'd prefer the official version
Blue Beetle - Ok, I HAVE this one from eBay and he's amazing. He REALY should be released.
Dr. Destiny - Classic Justice League villain and awesome looking figure
Fire (translucent) - Probably the weakest of them all but still a cool figure.
Firefly - you can never have enough Batman villains!
Guy Gardner - needed to the GL Corps and the JLI!
Micron - I have him, too, AND he's an easy custom BUT he should be released.
Mongul - A MUST HAVE!
Static (future) - an awesome looking figure and in honor of Dwayne he should be released.
Superman (Hereafter) - tied for weakest but I have some "Awkward Moments" gags for him.
Toyman - A MUST HAVE!
Vandal Savage - A MUST HAVE!
Volcana (translucent hair) - if for no other reason than for those without ANY Volcana to get one.

dr. Destiny and Firefly were never officially shown were they?

Officailly, no. But the molds exist, several actual figures were made/painted and we later learned they were intended to be in a six pack with Volcana. So while they weren't oficially announced, they weren't whims or 'on the drawing board' either.
