Series 3 is all over eBay right now, but I don't know of anyone who has found them in stores.
I found at least 10 auctions for Nightwing alone today, with another handful that are offering him as part of a bundle with Harley or as a complete wave.
Everything is loose and still from China sellers, so I would assume we have about a month or so before anyone gets them legit from Target, TRU, Walmart, etc. stateside.

much better than dcuc typically does I don't know what to tell you, but everytime I walk into a target or Walmart, I see plenty of Legacy Batman. Both of the Targets I go to only have a couple Batman Legacy figures on the pegs. Same with my TRU. They are selling like hotcakes around here. Poor Mr. Freeze is always the ones that left though.

The only Batman Legacy figures I still see around here are 4 Catman figures at the Closter NJ KMart. (about 40 minutes away) and a couple Batgirl at either the Westwood NJ or Rt 17 Paramus KMart store. There's nothing at my area target or TRU. My 2 area WalMarts don't carry any Mattel figure lines other than WWE FlexForce & Basics.

Wave 3 found at TRU!
only a lone Catwoman (1st appearance) on the pegs, but that counts as confirmation that they are now hitting stores.
Be on your toes everyone.

I saw Catwoman and Batman at TRU yesterday also. The left side of Catwomans face was caved in like she got hit with a wrench and the ears on Batman were so warped they were crossing over each other. Needless to say, I left them both there.

My TRU is going through a major remodeling/ refurbish project, the whole store is roped off with two aisles of figures/ toys for 70-80% off!

I got Harley and Nightwing at one of my targets in Tucson. I got lucky it was late in the evening around 7 oclock. Must've just been put out on the shelf, I can't imagine them hanging out there all day.

I've started seeing Wave 3 at a couple of the Targets near my office. I picked up Arkham City Nightwing and classic Catwoman. One target was selling them for 15.99 the other for 19.99. ( ) Anyway they were at the Dublin and San Ramon, CA. target stores.

I picked up the full color Legacy Batman/Catwoman Arkham City two-pack to add the Catwoman to my burgeoning DCUC collection. It turns out they are bigger. I'm sure a lot of you guys knew that already, but I was disappointed.
I wonder what the reason for making these a different scale is. Sure they are a different style, but I thought this would be a good Catwoman, since I missed the old black suit Catwoman from DCSH. Oh well.

they reason was so they'd fit with the pepole who were collecting the dc direct arkham city (and arkham asylum)line, which is 3 waves into it and has 2 more regular waves and 2 deluxe waves upcoming the mattel arkham city figures are made to match the dc direct scale (poor judgement call imo, but i can see why they did it)
