Found both versions of the Batman/Catwoman 2-pack at the Tulsa, OK TRU today for $29.99! Glad I didn't have to pay Target's ridiculous $39.99 price for them.

Van Statten wrote: But isn't the Legacy line done after this wave? That's what I thought. One of March's Mattel Q&A responses said that Batman Legacy will last through 2012. So, who really knows! Having a side line with one of your most popular characters (see: Toy Biz and Hasbro with Spider-Man) has never hurt the main lines.

My area Targets had the tags for the 2-Packs marked at $41 like everyone else was saying last week, but all 3 did resets over the last few days and today the 2-Packs tags were marked $31.99

Apparently the gray Catwoman/Batman set is going everywhere unlike the early reports saying it was a TRU exclusive. The cases are packed 50/50 with 2 each of the different versions of that set. Something tells me that solid cases of that set, even if they do include variant colors, is going to clog things up a bit...

Stopped by Target on the way home today and they still have the same 2 Gordon packs that have been there for months. I really like that Catwoman and looking forward to finding her.

amazon.com has these for 31.99 with free shipping if they are labelled at more than 31.99 means amazon sold out but they've been selling out and restocking on a daily basis i'd recommend only buying it from actual amazon.com so you can get free shipping the pictures are kind of misleading but i bought 2x of each first link is the color catwoman, currently is out of stock but if you check it every day it'll probobly come back http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0076Y ... B0076YBU0C2nd link is the greyscale pack, currently says 9 left in stock http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0076Y ... B0076YCFWE

Found both of these at a WalMart on the Way home last night-- never really payed attention to the fact that they were posed differently inside and do have different UPC codes-- so essentialy they are different products not really variants...

i like the greyscale pack i have it and it looks great but i kind of feel like mattel cheaped out again the lineup originally included ras al ghul at the toys r us description for batman legacy (and you know mattel gave them that description) so i still assume the last 2 pack was supposed to be arkham city catwoman/batman repaint as well as movie master batman begins re release and ducard i am happy we got the greyscale pack and i think this makes it blatently obviously ducard is the 6th "secret figure" for dark knight rises i think they were going to use him but they thought oh we can put him in the dark knight rises line and add another repaint in legacy line for 0 new tooling! and use this figure (ducard) we already made in our next movie line! save on tooling again!
just my guess...i like the greyscale pack and i think they look great guess it'll be my batman suit for vs mr. freeze....beyond that its pretty useless a figure but it does look good, same with catwoman guess i'm somewhat happy with how it turned out, but wish we got that ducard pack..... yes i know we'll still get him but that just shorts us another possible dark knight rises figure or 2nd ras al ghul figure

I've scoured every Target 6 times over the past month or two and just practically empty pegs or Mr. Freeze for Batman Legacy so I gave up and bought Harley on ebay which I didn't want to do. I really wanted to look at these first. One Target has two rows, 8 pegs with not a single figure for about a month now.
My two closest Toys R Us still don't have a Catwoman/Batman Arkhman City and my Walmarts don't carry Batman Legacy so i don't know what I'm going to do about that.
