The "Wolfman Lantern" is Arkkis Chummuck and the woman is Katma Tui. There were 2 different releases of Katma Tui. The first version had dark brown skin as part of a three pack with Arkkis Chummuck and Kyle Rayner. Katma Tui was released again in cartoon accurate colors as part of a three pack along with John Stewart and Despero.

As you mentioned, the SDCC GL 3-pack had a GL Abin Sur, GL Sinestro, and Ferris flightsuit Hal. You would be better off making a custom Hal Jordan GL rather than trying to hunt down one of the legitimate Holiday Hals. Spy Magician is no longer making his Hal head, but I think Glassman Customs is still providing Hal headsculpts. As for bodies, most people use either the SDCC GL Sinestro body or the "Classic Costume" John Stewart figure that was released as a single.

Also depending on your definition of the Lanterns there are also: the Alan Scott Green Lantern, the Justice Guild Green Guardsman (a copycat of the Alan Scott GL since they couldn't use him in the show), Star Sapphire (either the 3 pack version or the single carded figure version), Justice Lord Green Lantern (since you included Power Ring), and Guy Gardner (will be released as a 3 pack later this year on Mattycollector.com for $30).

Of course if you want to be a real completist of all the lanters, there are all of the various John Stewart variations that exist...(Bald, not bald, goatee, no-goatee, 9 POA, 5 POA, tracksuit, circuitry armor, silver emblem, white emblem, classic costume, energy shell...etc).

The difference is in name only. When they changed the name to Unlimited, it was because they got access to a wider range of characters outside the show. If you want a better visual representation of everything that's ever been, go here.
