Well I have nothing better to do at work and I wanted to refresh myself on all the figures haha

I've literally been staring at the list since my first post about an hour ago and I still can't decide which of those waves is my favorite.

Maybe 1 since it started it all
Maybe 11 for being so gretly GL heavy
But then maybe I want the GL Classics sub group ...

or maybe 8
or 12
or 13???


Maybe 18, 19, or 20 for going out with a bang (except for that missing Scythe and Grey Lantern Flash debacle)...

I really REALLY can't pick just one wave.

I tried.
Truly, I did.
But I like too many characters in each wave to pick one over another.

and, honestly, looking at the list like that, I can find all of 3 figures that I don't currently own (they are all variants).

God, I just LOVED the entire line. All 20 waves of it (except the "skittles" )

Same as I posted in Jason's thread. Wave 18 wins out by a hair over wave 11.

This was pretty tough for me.

Wave 2 had two Aquamen (my favorite DC character), Black Manta, Harley (in my top three of DC women), and Grodd (You can't go wrong with Giant Monkeys).

Wave 3 had Nightwing (my 2nd favorite DC character), Deathstroke (my favorite DC villain), Tim Drake Robin (my favorite Robin), Green Lantern Hal (the best GL), and my favorite CnC Grundy (the sculpt is just perfect).

Downside to Wave 2: Lite-Brite Supermen and Firestorm who I'm neutral about.

Downside to Wave 3: Under-sized Sinestro.

Wave 3 wins.

Blue/Red Superman is still the stupidest thing to come out of the 90's from DC.

The standouts for me were waves 3, 9, 11, and 19. 3 is certainly my favorite though because of the characters involved and it's the wave that got me into the line. 19 almost snuck up on it with all the JSA goodness but Lord Naga, while cool, is really nothing to me.

That's really saying a LOT about how much you dislike the Electric Red/Blue split .....

Well as far as Superman- wish he would have stayed dead after Doomsday-- all of the 4 replacements from the 90's were/are better characters...

Went through the list-- the only one I had complete wave was 18.. The only waves over 4 figures (including CNC) were

Wave 3 (Hal Jordan will always be full of suck to me)
Wave 7- (Blue Aquaman and Booster Gold-Left them on the pegs more times than I can remember)
Wave 8 - NO JSA needed
Wave 16- Metal Men Suck

The more I look at these figure lists- the more I realize if I wasnt a Batman (and related spin offs) and Bad Guy fan - the DC Universe could disappear and I wouldn't care...

Okay, let me amend: Blue/Red Superman is the stupidest thing I was personally aware of to come out of the 90's from DC.

Wave 3 with too-big Nightwing, too-small Sinestro, unnecessary Robin, and now we've found out that the figures from that wave, including the C&C grow gray film all over them? Interesting choice, voters...

True, Wave 3 is the best on paper but it has all these technical problems. My Robin has that "pimp hand" and my Deathstroke has that white stuff on him.

eh, I went with 9. Wave 9 is pretty awesome all around with the most unique Collect and Connect. Even though I still don't have Black Adam and Guardian. I also love Wave 17 for it's corniness.

So hard to say!
