NYCC News: 3 3/4" figures!
The Power Attack Batman figures will also be available in 3 3/4" scale with fabric capes so that you can put Batman in the vehicles. Batmobile, Batcopter, Motorcycle. The Joker was the first 3 3/4" villain on display, looks much like the larger version already in stores.

I've been out of this line so far but I may end up getting in with the 3.75" figures depending on the price point.

Was that the Joker with the buzz cut? because I thought he was the larger scale.

i love this set and have been buying them up for my son for Christmas 2013... I found this yesterday @ my local meijer store... Not sure if this is part of the new series or not! When I got home & wanted to know if I was the only ONE w/ this new set, but apparently it is on walmart http://www.walmart.com/ip/Batman-Killer-Croc-Takedown-Figures/21948664 & I saw it on EBAY UK....

The plastic cape Mattel used for both Batman & Superman for the Batman Superman Killer Croc set is awful. Borderline plastic bag material. What a shame.

Power Attack Batman and Robin, Basic Figures Generally speaking these are not bad action figures. They are aimed at kids, not collectors and they are built to be played with. They are six inches tall and only have 8 points of articulation (head, shoulders, elbows, waist and hips), All joints except elbows are cut joints, it would have been better to have ball joint shoulders and knees, but I guess Mattel had to hit a price point or felt they were not needed. They feature oversized hands and feet to better hold the accessories and stand. Batman has two open hands, Robin only one. Power Attack Total Destruction Batmobile This was the first Batmobile released for this series of figures. At 14 inches long by 7 ¼ inches wide and just over 4 ½ inches tall, it’s the third largest Batmobile Mattel has made since 2003 Press the cowl in front of the canopy the hood raises and a battering ram pops forward, press the two middle buttons on the hood and one of the three projectiles can be fired. Batman fits in the only seat and can easily grip the steering wheel There is an alternate all back version Power Strike Batmobile and there is already a second Blast Lane Batmobile that was just released for this line as well.

I just ordered two of the Takedown sets from Walmart for $20 each. My LCS had them but were selling them for $35 per. When I asked what the price was and found out, I quickly put them back on the shelf. I can do without the 75% markup.

Found the 3 pack at Meijer yesterday- and the Croc is a completely different head sculpt if you didnt notice from the pictures-- he now has a full Croc head- instead of the non snout (like BTAS).
Meijer also had the 3-3/4 figure deluxe vehicle sets from this line-- have to say those were very disappointing as well-- (with the oversized Hamfists of the first DCIH wave)- and the bland beyond generic boring sculpts of the recent movie figures in that scale.

Plus, when you squeeze his legs, his jaws open up. I'm really glad I got these.

I finally found the Blast Lane Batmobile at retail in a Target. It’s a decent design and should hold just about a 6” figure with a cloth cape without any problems. Unlike the Total Destruction Batmobile there is no steering wheel or anything else for Batman to hold onto or secure him in the car. Unlike most past Batmobiles of this size it comes with no accessories, no firing projectiles, no lights or other action features. I noticed they don’t say “Power Attack” on the packages any more. Above is the Power Attack Total Destruction Batmobile and Blast Lane Batmobile.

I like the last Batmobile they did better , this one looks dull and odd shaped. I did score the last one at Target for 70% off so $8 !
