I am. The only way I wouldn't, is of the whole lineup is filled with New 52 or Flashpoint characters.
If they are smart the subscription exclusive is Granny Goodness.

Yeah if the next sub is full of New 52 I'm out but I'm definitely in for one otherwise!

It's Mattel! Why would they do anything that you wouldn't expect? Even the New 52 has characters who wouldn't work at retail. I wouldn't be surprised if two lesser known characters don't show up in next year's subscription.

Well, they did say way back when that there could be overlap between the sub and retail, as far as character choices go.
Of course, this was before DC Universe All-Stars crapped the bed, and they had to rethink.
That said, I'm subscribing. Their choices have been excellent thus far, and I don't picture that changing in 2013.

I'm not sure yet. I've kind of gotten out of the game. I'm essentially waiting on 2 figures to be released, I figure one is a lock if they have a 2013 sub.
The other, who knows. Like Joel said, I'll get back to you in July.

I am, because of the odds are that out of 12 or so characters I'll only end up hating 1 or 2.

I'm about 95% certain I'll be in.
Only a couple things would turn me off:
A) none of the three or four figures shown for 2013 interest me
B) the day of 2012 figures for sale on Matty linger for several hours so I could have picked them up easily without the sub.
So far, I've been pretty happy with the character choices (Starman and Black Mask are a bit underwhelming, but no where near as bad as the Ethnic Stereotype Friends, Kenner Superpowers left overs, and Kamandi were to me in the retail line).

This will be big for me too. If the club exclusive is one I want, but the others aren't, and then the stuff from this year sells well, I'll overpay on ebay to get the club exclusive and call it a day.

A year ago? YES in a heartbeat. Now? I dunno... Could be brand fatigue. With the clunky and discouraging relaunch of DC, I'm barely interested in DC Comics properties anymore. I never, ever thought that would happen. I am finding myself drawn more and more to the DCU and comics of the past, which obviously is not a focus for current WB licensing. I am superbummed that I will never see a classic Trickster, or Elongated Man, or Chronos, or Perez Zatanna, or classic Adam Strange figure on the shelf. Same for now-obsolete 90s characters like original Kyle Rayner, Wally West Flash, Connor Hawke Green Arrow, Zauriel, and hook Aquaman. And maybe it's the lazy execution of the figures we've seen so far. Rocket Red is ridiculously huge, and the scale of Atrocitus and Jay are wonky. And we don't even get bonus items like a red plasma construct, or Jay's correct boots, or an extra hand for Starman with the Legion ring, or numbered stickers for Rocket Red customization. All I repeatedly hear is "it didn't price out" but I thought the whole point of this Club was to give us these little touches and bonus items that can't be at retail? Once again, Mattel takes the cheap and inattentive route. So for now, I will say "maybe". Mattel really needs to step it up at SDCC and earn my support.
