It's the short answer, but it's very accurate. Digital River has trouble handling the regular transactions. If it were even an option to transfer the subscription, I wouldn't dare try it. I can't imagine it would be anything short of a disaster.

I definitely wouldn't chance it. I've updated my credit card for the second time and just hope they use it next month. I'd just ask whomever you are wanting to sign it over to if they'd mind paying the added shipping from you to them? If they are local, win-win and saves everyone a lot of headache. Until Matty drops DR or finally gets them under control easy tasks like this will always be a mess.
