With everyone at Mattel asking for people to buy a sub reminds me of a PBS telathon. For only 30 dollars a month.You can change the fate of this young man Wally

Some of the ideas that are being presented to Mattel to "salvage" the subs on their forums are hilarious.

"Hey, since neither one can get off the ground on their own, why don't you combine them into one sub - and then alternate months, so you'll do Netossa then Phantom Stranger then Jitsu then Saint Walker..."

And there is zero chance that this would pleeple off any customers! Problem solved!

Fingers are crossed that it goes through, but it won't be the end of the world for me if it doesn't. I'll just have to customize the guys I want :-)

Maybe the better question is "When are enough subs going to be purchased to warrant a 5% increase on the graphic?"

I'm not sure if that was hyperbole or not, but is that the increments that they do the updates in?

It's what they've said before, so if you take them at their word (which no one ever does), 5% is the magic number.

It was 27% last Sunday. It was bumped up to 30% Monday. That's a 3% increase. Five days and counting now, and we're still waiting for another update... :roll:
