With everyone at Mattel asking for people to buy a sub reminds me of a PBS telathon. For only 30 dollars a month. You can change the fate of this young man Wally

Some of the ideas that are being presented to Mattel to "salvage" the subs on their forums are hilarious. "Hey, since neither one can get off the ground on their own, why don't you combine them into one sub - and then alternate months, so you'll do Netossa then Phantom Stranger then Jitsu then Saint Walker..." And there is zero chance that this would pleeple off any customers! Problem solved!

Doesn't Elongated He-Man show up whenever Bikini Teela walks by?

I really want Wally West Flash and Elongated Man, and I feel like I might be the only person alive excited about Monsieur Mallah and The Brain. I may not have been clamoring for a Phantom Stranger or Saint Walker figure, but I still think everything for next year looks great. At the same time, though, I really appreciate that Mattel is finishing both the Doom Patrol and the Metal Men this year in case the sub does not go through. Would I rather have Wally or Ralph than Uncle Sam or Constantine? Sure, but I'll still enjoy the figures that I do get if the sub shouldn't go through. Fingers are crossed that it goes through, but it won't be the end of the world for me if it doesn't. I'll just have to customize the guys I want Nope... you are not alone. I REALLY REALLY REALLY Want Monsieur Mallah and the Brain!!!

Man, if that's the case, we are well and truly screwed. August 6th is looking awfully close now.

Five days and counting now, and we're still waiting for another update...
