I'm guessing that version of Red Hood was the most recent when they started the design process.

I talked with Scott this morning after seeing the Red Hood and Captain Marvel Jr. I reminded him that we want female figures! I mentioned the Ask Matty Q&A question that was asked and Matty's reply listing several highly requested females.
I say there is still a good chance of getting a female figure in at least one of the last 4 slots of the Club Infinite Earths for 2013.

Are you talking the DCC one shown in this post?... http://www.actionfigurepics.com/2012/10 ... -instapicsI can't find a Green Arrow in any of the Mattel pics. Freddy looks great but Red Hood... That costume I completely missed... Helmet looks also looks too small, like his nose and ears would be flat against the inside to get it to fit... certainly couldn't be comfortable in a fight... Wonder how the cape and helmet would look on the tux body or even the standard suit body?

Yep Jim, that's the one. My bad. I thought it was a Mattel product.

Wow, that really sucks and this is only the 2nd time I've been upset enough to voice how ticked off I am. Joking that getting female figs in the other lines is very misleading and doesn't make any sense as the club is the perfect place for these figs to happen.
Man, I need to seriously re-think things...I can't believe they just showed half a year's product and didn't throw us Vixen, Fire/Ice or Wonder Girl Cassie at least yet...

We still have Saturday and Sunday for Mattel to possibly reveal more figures.

Whoo-hoo! Finally we are getting a Huntress figure (pending Licensor approval)! An unpainted Huntress prototype has appeared in the Matty display case next to the other DCIE figures!

Huntress COOL! Scott did tell me to check back later. Before I left the show yesterday, I went back to the display, but nothing new was added. I figured that they had more to reveal.

Wahoo! Huntress! This makes getting all the Skittle Lanterns in the sub worth it! She's easily been my top wanted DCUC figure for a while now!

Captain Marvel Jr -- WAAAY overdue. and he looks cool.
Huntress -- also VERY cool! And somewhat overdue.
We DEFINITELY need Vixen. I mean, come on, she was illustrated on the DCUC packages, for cryin' out loud.
Red Hood -- meh. (Then again, he'll be more interesting than Black Mask)
Give me more Legionnaires. I want to see Sun Boy, Element Lad, Mon-El, Shadow Lass...
And am I the only person REALLY looking forward to Saint Walker and Larfleeze?!
As long as they keep the "New 52" out of the DC Club Infinite Earths, I'm happy.

On MattyCollector, they specifically called out Captain Marvel Jr. and Huntress as being part of the subscription. They don't mention Red Hood at all.
I wonder if he's going to be part of Batman Unlimited.
