I just looked at my account and it looks like they did the 2 charges separately for Ivy and EG? Not really sure why they did that, but it does add up to what my invoice says. Sorry to hear you guys are having these issues and I understand all too well the frustration

How many of the people having issues use a bank? I use a credit union since I was 16 never had a single issue with Matty ever. I did get the 2 charges totaling the correct amount but no extra charges. MY credit union is awesome honestly any of you using a bank still I would highly recommend switching to a credit union.Not sure if its relative to this issue BUT a credit union is alot easier to work with in sticky situation like this.Either way I hope everything works out for those affected.
