Are the capes removable? Batman almost looks like the classic kenner style clip?

Do the non capped DCUC figures fit in the batmobile?

No the capes are under the heads (neck in Robin's case)

I guess Ill have to wait to see those in person-- to me they look a step above knockoffs- the sculpts look a little soft (especially in a 6" line) -- makes me worry about the villains once they get into mass production-- if they don't look like their TV counterparts-- there is just no need to add to a collection

I'll at least get Penguin since I wasn't impressed with any of the Dcu ones. The Catwoman looks rather underwelming. I hope they get to Batgirl and King Tut.

sooo......Target's website has the batmobile listed as in stock. I ordered one hoping it's legit even though its supposed to be a TRU exclusive. Thoughts?

I suspect this is not the same Batmobile as the TRU one. The description does not match
(size, weight) even though the picture used is exactly the same as the TRU one. I recently
seen the back of the new cardbacks for the 1966 figures and on at least one of these
cards it advertises the large Batmobile as a TRU exclusive. Of course, the Target description
may be in error and it's the same Batmobile, perhaps with some sort of alteration to distinguish it from the TRU one.

I ordered one, too. If it's legit, great. If it's not, I'll return it to my local Target. With free shipping using a Red Card, what's there to worry about?

Wasn't the TRU one supposed to come with a figure? I could be wrong, my memory is fuzzy and I'm not actively following the line like many of you are (although I will probably buy these if I happen to find them on the shelf and I have cash in hand at the time).

Those tags are HILARIOUSLY bad. When it ruins an MIB presentation, it's super-bad.

I could be wrong, but I could swear Mattel clarified that this is an exclusive for TRU IN STORE first, then after a period of time other retailers could carry it as well. This might explain that the figures are sold online only, and the Batmobile. Target listing could simply e an error where it says sold in stores.
