Leg color is not supposed to be actual skin... Robin wore skin-colored leggings on TV, and that's what Mattel was trying to mimic.

I saw a TMNT Sewer Lair Playset at a Target this past weekend. IIRC that was a Toys R Us exclusive as well. So maybe exclusivity is going away.

Many of the recent exclusives seem to be more of "exclusive windows". Say a few months or a year and then the item is available everywhere.

I know that is true for Skylanders and some Imaginext items now anyway....

I totally get what you're saying. That doesn't change the fact that the legs don't look like that picture and they look awful. Still it's a relatively minor complaint. Other than the gigantic white tags I'm very happy with the figures.

The leg color on my Robin is not too hot either. They sort of a have a greyish-green tint to them, and they are several shades darker than his skin color. It doesn't look like the tights he wore on the show.

Love the pics. Great use of forced perspective.

Great shots, carthut!

I didn't think the Batmobile was enough...

Image

Robin would need double knee joints to sit properly on the sidecar.

But Batman rides pretty well.

I picked these up at TRU today. Some of the Robins on the 2 packs have gray legs, some looked to me the correct pink/ flesh tone.

Uh oh. Possible variant? Can we get photographic comparisons of this?
