Too late now. We already got to see how crappy Mattel was going to make the figures. No interest in a batgirl from them at this point.

Unfortunately, Mattel has flat out stated that there's no plans for anymore toys in this line beyond what is being released this year. But maybe behind the scenes they were still pushing for her likeness rights with the idea of doing an exclusive Batgirl next year. She'd be ideal for an SDCC 2014 exclusive, especially with her Batcycle. I'm not getting my hopes up though. :(

I have a feeling Batgirl could already be sculpted...I am sure whatever sculptors were working on the line anticipated that she would be a likely character to show up in the line which was only derailed because of the likeness issues with Yvonne Craig and Warner Bros. There are after all pictures of Batgirl in her purple outfit floating around that are similar to the style-guide they've been using for the other 60s Batman pieces. Honestly, they'd be crazy not to do her since she is the one omission I am sure they had wanted to get to.

Maybe her omission is the reason we got surfer batman in the first place.

I wouldn't be surprised to see her show up as an online or a con exclusive.

I don't understand the Mattel hate on the Batgirl issue, who knows what problems could be behind it all. I haven't seen any other company do anything with Craig's likeness so far, so who knows what the deal is. Either way, these are a success and I personally love them. I hope they do a Batgirl, I would buy three.

I would probably get one, preferably with the motorcycle.

From what I read on another site it seems Craig just released her likeness, so there is no room for Mattel hate on this one. I wish she had gone along when this got license for the 66 Batman finally was released. I think one final wave with small distribution gets released, sorry guys the remained characters they could make would not clear the shelves like the first wave of characters.

I want to care but I can't because I have yet to see these figures anywhere. Target, TRU, comic shops, Kmart, toy stores, I've looked everywhere. If this line is a Walmart thing, then that explains it because Walmart is dead to me.

Saw a lone Riddler at a TRU last week. That's my only sighting of this line in the wild thus far.

I think its a case of retailers under ordering. Your making a toy line for a 47 year old tv show.Even my local comic shop was on the fence till they had 4 case sold on preorder

I just bought another Batman & Robin set (actually had a GC). Going to put them in the Batmobile, as I have the other one scaling the building.

I picked up Penguin. Was not disappointed in the quality. There are rumors that this line is done. I really wanted Catwoman and Batgirl :(
