Yes. They are still in limbo. Everytime it comes up Scott repeats that they're still trying to find a way to get them out. One of the last Q&As someone asked about the possibility of marketing them with the tablet game and the response was something along the lines of it being a possibility which is the "best" response gotten yet when asking about them.
