Man of Steel Movie Masters Thread

Well, some Man of Steel items jst started to appear on the web, and I bet that some of us will hunting the Movie Masters figures in a few weeks, I already started it here. :wink:

Judging by the choices from DC Collectibles to produce 1/6 scale statues, I bet that will be getting MM figures of Superman, Jor-El, Zod and Faora:

The Batman Movie Masters line had flaws, but overall, it was a fantastic representation of characters from Nolan's Batman universe. I'm completely stoked to see what this line has to offer. I want it to make me believe a man can fly!

From what've I've seen so far, these will all be an easy pass for me.

Hopefully, there will be some surprises at Toy Fair (and I'm sure there will be) that will change my mind and make me want to pick something up.

I think those Flight Speeders will do well. I have a nephew who's just getting into super heroes, so I can see me getting them for him.

I think the MM Superman looks fantastic. The Zod headsculpt is a little off but Michael Shannon's face is very unique to say the least. Also there might be a few changes before the final figure is released.

I'll probably buy them all to match my Batman set.

Yeah these are definite buys for me. I have all the Batman and Green Lantern Movie Masters and will get all of these too. I bet we will see another version of Zod in the line too. One with his armor and facial hair.

Yet again, I am, apparently, in the minority. Nothing in any of those pics is the least bit interesting to me.

I have yet to see anything that makes me say, "yeah, I'll consider it" let alone, "Gotta Have It".

If they do end up doing a collect and connect for this line it almost certainly has to be the Daily Planet globe, which would be amazing!
