And here are some pics to compare the size of the figures:

Zod and Faora look simply awesome. The datail and the painting on the armors are impressive. Awesome work from Matty. Congratulations to Mattel for the incredible work on these figures.

Sweet! Thanks so much for the comparisons.

I now know that I can fit armored Zod into my DCUC display.

Is that Chris Reeve Custom a simple headswap? Or you did some modifications on the pegs, etc?

I just had to use a little piece of sandpaper to make the pegs work better. It was really easy to do.

Armored Zod appears to have a wider stance, either that or the weight of all that armour is squashing him down!! :D

Funny!

But no, I see that black suit Zod is the same sculpt as Superman, except the torso. And Superman is taller than Armored Zod. So yeah it seems black Zod is taller than Armored Zod.

Lame.

Thanks for the tip. I'm thinking of using the DCUC body but my problem is the costume colors. What I used for a Chris Reeve custom is this

Don't forget that huge helmet is missing in that picture.

Which is the only reason you can get an accurate look at their heights :^)

They should have made the Armored Zod head the exact same sculpt as the regular one, except added beard. And both bodies should be the same height. Then Armored Zod would be even taller, and more in scale with DCUC. But then, I always wished that MM were all in scale with DCUC.

Edit: meant beard, not hair

I didn't know that Zod was an Engineer from Prometheus.

Did I post these yet?
I wanted to solve my personal dissatisfaction with the lack of ab crunch... I like this much better.
