I really like the PX Batman; he and Batmite look so malevolent and crazy. But I was hoping DKR Batman would be thicker. Does anyone know if Mattel reused parts for this figure? The shoulders are from MOTUC but (supposedly) those are the only re-used parts. I can confirm he shares more than that. He uses He-Man's shoulders, biceps, thighs, mid-leg pices (the boots are new), and Skeletor's hands. He also looks to use the MOTUS lower torso as well, but there's no belly button, so I'm not sure if that's all new or not. He's like 60% MOTUC, only the head, cape, upper torso, belt & pelvis rubber piece, and boots & feet are new. Feel free to check out my pics on DCUC.info, I'll get more posted up here later today.

Hmmm... and they said only the shoulders were re-used...
Lower torso is new as the existing one has a belly button and the "armor" lower torso doesn't but it doesn't have the abs, either.
He looks good and I'm really surprised that a matching Superman wasn't shown last week...

Are you guys joking? We need Superman in this version. A Robin would be nice too, or even better A selina Kyle, Just kidding. What kid wants to play with a 70 year old prostitute action figure? Still it would be awesome.

Aside from Superman, I really want a 1 armed Green arrow We'll see at Comicon, but I really don't think Mattel intends to explore this title much more.

Somebody want to fill me in on just what the heck's the purple/yellow Batman's backstory is? It's just such a wacky outfit. It hurts my eyes to look at it, yet it appears a lot of collector's want him.

Watch the Brave and the Bold episode "The Super-Batman of Planet X!" great, goofy silver-age goodness (the original version of that Batman) that miscast the Super-Batman (not that he wasn't great in the part, but Tim Daly or George Newburn should've gotten that call...). I'm not finding the whole episode on YouTube, unfortunately (the part 1 and 2 of 3 that are up there seem like some sort of scam...)

It's not that I don't want a DK Superman. It's just that I think it makes more sense for Mattel to at least produce some figures that have not been done before. You know... as opposed to simply rehashing DC Direct's Dark Knight line one figure at a time.
