Guess I'll have to mark the calendar for Aquaman, Ice, and Damian Robin. I *might* get the Superboy but won't be too upset about missing him if it comes down to that.

As for Doomsday, I've been very open about not caring for the character, so that is one less SDCC item I'll need to worry about.

This announcement is a WIN for me.

I hope current DCUC sub backers get first dibs.

Congrats to those of you who wanted the containment suit Doomsday. The rest of us are out of luck.

Every time I go to the Comic Book Store, I end up liking the DC Collectibes stuff, more and more. So I'm thinking it's just a matter of time before we get proper Doomsdays and Red Hoods from them. In my mind, it boils down to patience and waiting it out.

They'll probably be New52 version, though.
Of course, I don't know how different they are in the New52.

It was all me. I didn't read the whole thing.

I'm happy and sad about this at the same time.

Let me put it this way... the new DCC Black Manta & Joker looked too good for me to not to want to shoehorn into my collection. Plus, I'm thinking I would prefer a New 52 Ocean Master, over Mattel's version. Doomsday is a different beast, I'll give you that. But he's also a fan favorite charater that appears on various Games & DVDs. So if DC was able to see the demand for a Hush re-release, then they'll see the demand for him. Plus, he's also a good fit for their deluxe SKU.

The thing is... if Mattel were to give me the version of Doomday I want, they would get my money hands down, no questions asked. With this version, cost comes into play. And I'm willing to bet this one is going to cost more than a sub fee.**

** Looks like Comic Con Doomsday will cost $35 dollars. So that's good.

That is a nice looking Manta. I'll give you that.

As if Mattel would be that generous?

Nope, the SDCC attendees will get first dibs as usual, and everyone else will have to settle for whatever leftover Doomsdays end up on the website. But is there really a chance of this version selling out fast, even at SDCC? I doubt it will be difficult for anyone to order him once he goes online after SDCC next year. Most of us wanted the Unleashed Doomsday version, so maybe that version will be the 2015 SDCC exclusive. I just hope they don't base potential demand of Unleashed Doomsday on how well Craptainment Suit Doomsday sells. :(

Im going to go ahead and say that if Unleashed Doomsday wasn't announced here and now, it isn't going to happen.

Not at SDCC, not on the site. It will just be said that "it wasn't far enough along in the process" and that'll be the end of it.

I don't like to say it, but I can already see it coming.

Subs did not work I get it but come on offer us a mini sub I would buy all 4 figures if I did not have to deal with Day of sale, but since I do I will only be getting the 2 I really want Ice and Damian.

Those prices are actually amazing, I might buy two Robins and two aquamans, I can't wait for these. These fill three major holes in my collection (Batman Family, Fire and Ice, Titans) and aquamans just awesome, Cant wait for these, hopefully they sell well and matty sees that people are there....
