I don't have a missing five. Although Indigo-1 really irks me, I wanted my heads of Lanterns to be complete so bad.

I think the line as a whole is incredible...

i was really hoping we'd get a Wildebeest at some point. despite obscurity and an obvious tooling budget challenge, the character was actually on matty's radar at some point! such an awesome unique look for a character.

it makes me long for the days of toy retail before brand/character recognition was the be-all-and-end-all of everything lining the aisles. granted, as a kid i wanted recognizable good guys and bad guys in my action figures but i wanted the unknowns too! i loved my second-hand Baron Karza without knowing a thing about Micronauts just as much as i loved my LJN "Rowdy" Roddy Piper and Superpowers Superman.

I can do a list of ten but the one right at the top that just boggles my mind is Scarecrow ! I mean they had so many parts they could have reused from wave 17 SC Scarecrow and after Poison Ivy sold so well I just thought he was a no brainer.

That's a good point unless they consider the original line with Scarecrow as an overall part of the line. Didn't the Batman/ Superman line just get rebranded as DCUC?

Hey callsign_morlock, I think we would get along as I too was hoping to see Wildebeest and would've made a great figure visually, but no people had to vote for stupid Nekron because he was the "hype" at the time.

Overall, the 5 main omissions as far as I'm concerned:

1. Perez Zatanna (sorry the satellite JLA team is just not complete w/o her).

2. Indigo 1 (not by choice of mine but yeah she was the only leader not made).

3. Aqualad or Tempest (Tempest would've been a visually cool figure and has never been made)

4. Changeling (sorry but we just can't make the Perez Titans team with that Beast Boy...)

5. Circe (major WW villain and easy to make)

Other contenders for sure are:
Mera
Vixen
Speedy
Nightwing (Perez)
Jericho
Kyle Rayner (1st app)
Vandal Savage
Trickster, Heat Wave or Weather Wizard for Flash Rogues
Monel
Phantom Girl
The Ray
Wonder Girl (Cassie)
Kid Flash (Bart)
General Zod
the rest of the Fatal Five (only because they gave us Validus)

I keep forgetting about Trickster, Heat Wave or Weather Wizard. There are so many characters that it always seems that some important ones are often forgotten. Trickster, classic Captain Boomerrang, Heatwave and Weather Wizard are high on my list but I always forget them.

good to know i'm not alone with wanting a wildebeest! i think matty and collectors were disappointed with nekron and the blackest night figures.

Put me down for Wildebeast too. The Titans really are a sore spot for me. I want a taller kid flash and changeling. Jericho and Terra would have bee welcome additions to my shelf too.

1) Tim Drake- how did we not get a real, deal version of this A-list character?
2) Johnny Thunder/Thunderbolt- The last real member of the original JSA that we really needed to call the team close to complete
3) Sand
4) Dr. Mid-Nite
5) Hourman- modern JSA really got the shaft. We didn't even get the 3 leaders? None of which are even all that hard.

Hard to leave off classic Kyle Rayner, Aztek, Zauriel, Killer Croc, Ventriloquist, Jakeem, but those 5 are the most glaring omissions, IMO.

Over on Mattycollector Scott answered this. His response was basically "No way". Doesnt seems he has little interest in divulging this info. I don't really blame him, because folks will say things like "I totally would've subscribed if I knew!" Or "that list is lame, glad I didn't sub this year". Basically it's a no-win scenario telecasting this info.

I'm pretty sure we got Dr. Mid-Nite and Tim Drake Robin.

Just not the versions you obviously wanted.
