Apologies for not researching the forum if this has already been dealt with. When my DC sub renewed I got the email saying my order shipped. I click the tracking link and it shows that it is in transit, but it hasn't left Ontario Canada in five days. Should I worry? call customer service? wait a bit longer and see if it ships or if the tracking catches up? advice please!

It doesn't update until the truck makes the next stop. I've actually had some shipments in hand before the tracking updates that it has even left Ontario (BTW, that's California not Canada - Ontario is a suburb of LA).

Good to know! I won't panic just yet. And thanks for the geography lesson. :)

Guess you've gotten your boxes by now. I got one on Saturday and one yesterday and the tracking for both of mine show that they've never left California.

Waiting for mine too (outside Indianapolis). I can report the same tracking that Jim_Abell did.

The tracking for my huntress and comedian wouldn't update. After a couple emails to customer service because i had not received anything after a week they processed a second shipment free of charge. Two days later the "missing" shipment delivered and the replacement figures should deliver saturday. Buy one get one free i guess.

It looks like orders that shipped usps have the order number entered where the tracking number should be. They sent the second set because they could not provide tracking or proof that my order shipped.

You can always send the second package back. Just write Return to Sender on the package and hand it back to the mail carrier. Simple as that. The post office will return it free of charge.
