I want rid of that 'rubber' gun he carries, are there any 'weapons' packs out there for 6 inch figures or anything like that?

Marvel Legends weapons are your best bet. I have a bunch for my slade.

At dollar stores they sometimes have some cool stuff. The best I've seen is some little figures called "Special Force" or something, the guns they come with are perfect

Yeah, jakey-jake's store is great, and getting more stuff all the time. Also, you can try looking for Plan B or McFarlane Weapons packs.
