I really am sick and tired of getting figures with stuck hip joints.
And the freezer solution (which none of us should even have to try) doesn't always work.
This is pathetic.

I guess I lucked out as all 4 of mine are fine. No issues with any.

There were QC issues with the first batch of The Dark Knight Movie Masters. I got a Batman with two left arms and I saw one that had twisted apart at the bicep swivel.

Yeah I was lucky with the second MOS Superman figure I bought, the other 2 were ridiculous.

So I'm at the store tonight and see another Jor-el, I pick it up thinking "hey, I"ll get one now that won't have an issue"
Wrong. Same leg. You have got to be kidding me mattel. Two stuck hip joints? This is getting old.

For me it took several "bleghhh" Superman figures to make one good one. Yeah Mattel has it's moments, and it sucks that I HAD to fix their problems... but I am happy now. It is a great figure, I just hope when I open my Zod figure he won't be lame. D.

I'm now out around 35 bucks on two Jor-El figures, both with broken legs.

And now I can say: "My Movie Masters Superman is the best you can get."... j/k .... I can't say that, as maybe other people have made better ones. lol. D.

gleek wrote: you can always return them.... One of them I can't...but it's not exactly convenient for me to take toys back. I live pretty remote. The point is, I shouldn't have to return them, or use the freezer, etc. With gas at 4.25 a gallon right now where I'm at, it would cost me close to the price of the figure to return it. I'm going to call up mattel tomorrow and see if I can get a few vouchers.
