Here's the single carded black & gray variant - From what you remember is the deluxe any different? Maybe a darker gray or plain black bat logo? It's been about three weeks since I opened that box so I really don't remember. I'll let you know if they've put them out when I go in on Thursday.

Just when finally thought I was complete with my find of Aquaman today, now I have to anxiously wait for the release of the Hawkman and Cyborg figures!
Touche to you Mattel for making this line so darned irresistible to both me AND my son.

I'm only in need of Flashx2(the only character I'm buying for myself as well as one to store for my son for in a few years) and Aquaman.

I picked up the deluxe Batman today at TRU for $12. He's a little larger then the regular figures, plus he's got an action feature and a light-up chest. When you flip the switch on his back his chest turns red as the prop of the glider turns. He also has a molded right arm with a magnet in his hand. (activates the prop)

Did you know that the "deluxe" action feature characters activate different sounds and features in the batmobile?
Haven't tried it out yet, but it sounds cool!

Id really like to know what im looking for. Although I haven't bought them I have seen them and they are at TRU in the Fisher Price area. They are small figure-less vehicles. OK I checked it out. The Deluxe Batman does interact with the batmobile so thanks for the heads up. First you have to switch the batteries in the figure & batmobile as they were for display purposes only. Once you do when you put bats in the driver's seat and touch the magnet the batmobile makes some whistling sounds and the engine starts to shake and rumble like it's on and the driver's side dash lights light up. The same happens in the passenger seat except it the passenger dashboard lights that light up.

I don't collect this line, nor do I plan to. But it's cute, I like all the different color Batmen. As I kid, all the Batman toys came in different colors, none of which reflected an accurate portrayal of Batman in any medium. In this line a different Batman means, he's going to look like a Batman that's existed somewhere before, I really like the one that looks like the Michael Keaton costume. I hope this line continues for when I have kids. Another cool thing about this line is that they are somewhat compatible and cosistent as the Spider-Man and Friends line, and they all seem to exist in the same universe.
