I looked around the Forum but didn't see anything, so here goes:

I know McFarlane makes 6" statue-y type soldiers but is any company making, or did any company make, 6" soldiers or cops that are reasonably articulated to mix it up with the DCSH characters?

Well, there are the Special Emergency Forces from Plan-B

and Dusty Trails released a couple of soldier figures, including a SWAT figure.

Plan B had a bunch of military lines that are great in addition to the Emergency ones mentioned above. Both modern and "classic" era soldiers plus a couple of accessory packs with extra weapons and interchangable heads.

I don't think they'd cost too much to track down on Ebay.
