I've seen the Joker pack plenty of times at Target, but not too recently. The Hawkman pack, I've seen three times, again at Target. First two times it was the bright Hawkman, and the third was the darker colored one. Even more time has passed since I saw a Hawkman pack.
My Big Lots only ever have the metallic Steel, Supes, and Supergirl and the trinity pack when I show up there.

Actually the Hawkman I bought from Big Lots is a cross between the dark and neon one. I just ran in and grabbed them because the store was about 5 mins away from closing so I didn't notice until I got home. His torso is neon but everything else (head and legs) are dark. It is most noticable where the upper part of his thighs meet the bottom part of his torso, making his shorts 2 different colors.
