Just curious...on average, approximately how long after a DCSH wave hits brick and mortar retail does it finally ship to comic shops via Diamond? Is it months, like with ML?

I could be completely wrong, but Diamond is not distributing any of Mattel's DC action figures. Specialty stores have to go thru Mattel sales reps.

No idea. the usual price difference between mass retail (TRU/Target/even Stop & Shop) and Comic Book store has been enough for me to never look for retail stuff there.

You mean from now on, or they were never ordering through Diamond?

I know the DCSH was in the July or August issue of Previews.

Interesting. I never knew that.

I believe you're right. Thank for correcting me. A LCS stocked JLU singles (Luthor/Shining Knight wave) around the same time as they started to appear at mass retail. But DCSH figures showed up (or became available) much later after they showed up at mass retail (3-5 months). But 2007 is a poor year if you're trying to find a consistent pattern for MILLIONS of reasons that have been covered in hundreds of other threads. Hopefully 2008 will be a banner year for Mattel Action Play and fans.
