Is Blue Devil's tail articulated? I don't want to force it .

I paid $15 from someone over on the Spawn boards, still haven't seen him at retail, hell, I still haven't seen Sinestro either!

Blue Devil is the only JLU I've never seen at retail. I bought him from BBTS when they had him in an asst of 6 figures for $35 or so. Sold the other 5 figures on ebay for buy it nows of $6. I was a very happy camper on that.
