Let me say this about the Black Lightning being a DCSF action figure,

unless DC pays Tony Isabella for the use of the BL character, you'll never see him as an action figure, either its DCSF, JLU, or any DC toy line.

Have you visited www.DwyanemcDuffie.com 's forums lately? I've been having a discussion with Tony Isabella there about this very thing. Tony did get a check for the Black Lightning figure in the HeroClix line. Tony has not heard interms of the DCDirect JLA line figure yet. Apparently, they make the stuff and then send him a check.

So, why would some sources like wikipedia stated that DC refuses to pay Tony the royalties for Black Lightning? That's where I read the story about it.

You can't ever trust Wikipedia. Anyone on the Internet can contribute to it, regardless of the veracity of their information. It could be a "friend of a friend of a guy at my comic shop told me" story, or it could be a blatant lie or misinformation. Wikipedia is nowhere to turn for concrete answers or reliable information.

I'm not currently collecting the line (due to the lack of Aquaman's availability) but I do plan on purchasing a Martian Manhunter for sure. And call me crazy, but some alien GL's (Kilowog and maybe Tomar Re esp)would be cool as well. But we need Leaguers first.

I'm seeing Aquaman more and more...I think they've pushed more of those through the distribution network lately. Might be a good time to do some hunting.

Yeah I agree about Auqaman. I just bought one for my nephew Cash the other day at Walmart. They had 2 more as well. No GL, Flash Or Lex though. I'm probably going to wait a year to give him these toys since his only 1.

And don't forget that COSTCO is selling a set of three WITH Aquaman for $15.00, so if you are frustrated trying to find him singly, try COSTCO!
