Has anyone been to BJ's lately and looked for these? my BJ's membership ran out and haven't been there in a while. I was wondering if they might have a similar packout to Costco's.

I'm probably going to wait a year to give him these toys since his only 1. Oh anyone seen these: http://www.learningcurve.com/product/detail/LC65901http://www.learningcurve.com/product/detail/LC65900
I posted on finding these in Wal MArt about 8 months ago---
But at last check at that same wal Mart- it looks like the entire playtown line was being clearanced out--- guess parents arent a real fan of wooden toys.

Interesting...at the Target closest to me, they just got in the second wave of characters, and more playsets. Maybe it's a screwy Wal-Mart thing?

Looking at the poll results at this point, there is a lot of demand for Wonder Woman with everyone else pulling in a distant second. Hal Jordan got enough write in votes to justify being made. Firestorm had a good showing. Robin not doing as well may have been due to people thinking he was already planned.

If we removed Robin and WW from the poll, it'd be interesting to see what happens. Maybe a new poll post-Toy Fair?
Man, I hope we see more of these at Toy Fair. With Toy Guru saying in that interview that the line is selling well, I'm cautiously optimistic.

I'm surprised Robin and Joker didn't get more votes.

I almost ran the poll with no women characters at all cause Mattel originally announced it as a 'boys' line with no women and later said Wonder Woman was a long shot. but I figured there would be a TON of screams in protest.

I think the Ted Kord or Jamie Reyes versions of Blue Beetle would make good superfriends. I leans towards Jamie because I think he'd look cooler.
Captain Marvel too

I agree. So does VanillaBlue, who made a custom of Ted out of Batman - there's a pic around somewhere.
I just listed characters who were actually on the shows back then.

updated my signature so that my wish list for this line can be seen in ALL of my posts. also decided that my Animated wish list corresponds well enough to this to combine them both.

Black Vulcan is not a DC Comics Superhero, he was created by Cartoon Network Studios(formerly Hanna-Barbera). But there's always Black Lightning, he is a DC Superhero.

Hanna Barberra does own the secondary superfriends characters. They are also a subsidiary of Time Warner as is DC Comics. So they might be possible.
And DC maintains that Vulcan and Lightning are the same character.

Well, all but Sable and Blade have been released in SuperHero Squad (heck, Punisher and GR were even packed together) and I wouldn't count Blade out of the running... Ah, but Mattel got the rights to all past DC 'toons and have said that the HB created Superfriends are part of that deal.
