From a line that at least gives us unique headsculpts, I find the picture fairly unconvincing. The rumor, however, could be real. Stay tuned, Mattel will tell us evetually.
Am I the only one who find the Mattel-All name for this section of the board funny given the lack of JLU info?

I remember this, from a long was back. It actually seems like a potential line up based on what we had seen up to that point in the direction the line was taking. especially with the repaints we saw at Toy Fair 2007.
I think it is possible, even probable that this might have been the line that was goign to be shownb at SDCC 07, right up until the point Mattel got the overall DC license and decided to revise what it was doing. Putting this whole wave on hold.

I still don't understand why Mattel didn't show them at Comic Con anyway just like they did with the last wave of DCSH figures.

Other than the head sculpt, I think I could make that custom!

Because the change in plans was to not produce these. No reason to show something that was not going to be produced.

But why did they decide to not produce them? Couldn't Mattel have released them before the DCAU figures started.
