I've started to slowly sell off my collection, not because I have trouble finding any figs, I've got all the important ones, but I've just lost all interest in this line, I've been collecting DCSH since the Mattel Batman comic line and that's where my main focus is now.

This just seems like a swap meet post disguised as a Mattel post.

OOOkay, I just hope you don't start posting your regret soon as new stuff come along. It's gonna be hard to backtrack.
I also don't get how a lot of people quit their JLU and sell them. What? Is that like a trend now? Like, y'know, finish up a set, collect em all and dispose upon completion.

The only regret I have is actually having started collecting them, i had them in a box forever, kinda hard to display a collection when half of them won't stand up! As for selling them I already sold 16 of the harder to get figs to someone on this board, and don't forget to check my slime Grundy post in the Swap Meet section.

Honestly. Why would you spend all that money and time to collect a line just to turn around and sell it. The way you posted this makes it sound like you are upset about something. If it if because of the problems with the line that is dumb. this is the point now which i have been looking forward to and that is customizing. if the line is dead now you know what figures you want to make. Just silly I think.

He probably is upset, because I can't imagine that there's any way he MADE money on this whole cycle.
Bad investment strategy, imo.

I was wondering where my fellow 305 area code board member was!Sorry to hear you're quitting JLU! Its looking like '08 is going to be an awesome year for this line! Maybe you should think about it before you sell the whole of your collection.

Maybe he just lost interest in the line.
Maybe he's just sick of keeping them in a box.
Maybe he's just looking to get what he can out of them so he can focus on the forthcoming DCUC line.
You know, just like he said?

Completely agree, and his second post in the thread kinda confirms it. Probably should be moved. Mods?
And just to stay off topic, sorry to hear about your decision. Hope you don't come to regret it.

I believe his post would be filed under 'S' for sarcasm.
