Black Lightning or Black Vulcan?
Batman Beyond or Nightwing?
Vandal Savage or Toyman?
Amanda Waller or Granny Goodness?
Riddler or Atomic Skull?

which line are you asking for?
JLU:
Giganta or Cheetah? = Both.
Hal Jordan or Captain Atom? = Cap. Atom.
Captain Marvel or Plastic Man? = Both.
Black Lightning or Black Vulcan? = BL (DC considers them the same character)
Batman Beyond or Nightwing? = Nightwing.
Vandal Savage or Toyman? = Toyman
Amanda Waller or Granny Goodness? = Neither.
Riddler or Atomic Skull? = Skull.

This is an easy one for me.
Giganta or Cheetah? Cheetah, hands down. Much more interesting visual as far as I am concerned. And I have no need for more overly large figures, I can't store the ones I have as it is.
Hal Jordan or Captain Atom? Captain Atom. I am so tired of beating on the dead horse that is Hal. And for what it is worth, there are far more interesting GLs that would make an excellent toy.
Captain Marvel or Plastic Man? Marvel. The Big Red Cheese needs some serious plastic love (that sounds so dirty)
Black Lightning or Black Vulcan? Lightning. The original ALWAYS outshines the remake.
Vandal Savage or Toyman? Vandal Savage. He is just a bigger personality to me.
Riddler or Atomic Skull? Atomic Skull. I have NEVER seen this character made into a figure before (unless you count Ghost Rider). OH wait, never mind. I'll take Riddler.
BatmanBeyond or Nightwing? Nightwing
Granny Goodness or Amanda Waller? This is the only one I can't answer easily. I really do WANT THEM BOTH. However if I must choose one than it would have to be Granny. No, wait the Wall. No, Granny... umm.. the Wall for sure... I think... maybe not... I'll go with Granny, she was my first choice...ummm...

Cheetah over Giganta, any day. Large women are nice, but fur is kinky. Oops, wrong "would you rather" game. 
But seriously, I'd say the only hard choice is Giganta v. Cheetah. The others are all easy for me: I choose Captains Atom and Marvel, Batman II, Toyman, Granny Goodness, and Atomic Skull. The others don't matter to me (though I'd like to see Vandal and Waller in the line too, just not as badly).

Hal Jordan or Captain Atom? Capt. Atom
Captain Marvel or Plastic Man? This is impossible for me. Capt. Marvel I guess. coin toss. LOL
Black Lightning or Black Vulcan? This one I'm 50/50 too. Black Vulcan.
Batman Beyond or Nightwing? Nightwing (ixnay the pony tail)
Vandal Savage or Toyman? Savage
Amanda Waller or Granny Goodness? Not only do I NEED these two figures, but I'd love to see them fight! LOL
Riddler or Atomic Skull?

As far as JLU goes?:
Giganta or Cheetah? Cheetah. Last member of Luthor's Injustice Gang.
Hal Jordan or Captain Atom? Captain Atom....prominent supporting cast member.
Captain Marvel or Plastic Man? Captain Marvel...prominent guest appearance.
Black Lightning or Black Vulcan? Black Lightning...he's the "real" character; Vulcan's just a copyright-induced alternate version.
Batman Beyond or Nightwing? Don't really need either, as I'm happy with the versions I have.
Vandal Savage or Toyman? Toyman...I want a complete Legion of Doom.
Amanda Waller or Granny Goodness? Tough one; I'd probably have to go with Granny Goodness of the two.
Riddler or Atomic Skull? Atomic Skull. I have Riddler, but the Skull's hard to customize.
