Night before last I walked into a Toys R Us at 10:00pm. The action figure aisle was WIPED OUT. But there was a Joker, a couple of Nightwings and TWO Clayfaces hanging on the pegs. That's the only time I've ever seen that wave on shelves.
The closest I've seen of the Two-Face wave on store shelves was one of those black and gray Batman hanging on a peg at an LA area TRU.

I ended up buying both Cassie and Two-Face off ebay for about $16 each shipped. I was surprised I got them that cheap. I have never seen any on the pegs here, and also only found Clayface and Catwoman once.
