I was just looking at the JLU poster from this summer. Remember that they showed Arkis, Katma, and Stargirl with weapons....Anyone think we'll still see those 3 figures as singles in the future?

I hope it's a trick. All you get is a one page article with one word that says "Pysche".

An Arkkis figure and a Katma figure will be definite peg warmers in my opinion.

Also shown in that poster are Shayera with a mace and John Stewart with a lantern.

I wish they'd repaint Katma's skin color to be more on model with the cartoon. I'd definitely buy that single.

Mattel would never release Arkkis as a single. It just wouldn't sell.

I've bought many, many Waveriders for custom fodder and I imagine that many other JLU customizers have done the same.

Not to mention Waverider is a guy with a flaming head.

I think that if the Feb issue of ToyFare is when we've been told where the next JLU announcement will be, then it has to be something other than "JLU is cancelled". Otherwise, why wait? Why all the hype?

And on a side note, Waverider is cool!

Let me add to the throng of Waverider lovers. He's an ok action figure (at least he stands on his own!) but as a customizing figure, he's the best ever made!!

Yeah, this really sounds like the JLU line still has legs.

I think the official line is "JLU" is dead, "DCAU" is alive.

A difference really only in marketing and packaging.

Remember that poster with those figures was from somebody's private collection(Toy Guru's I believe) not a direct ad for the figures or what's to come. But at the very least a Stargirl single may make sense, a Volcana single would make even more sense...
