Just three? Well part of me wants to choose based on getting JLU versions of all of Kenner's Super Powers line. However, as long as GL Hal Jordan is embargoed, it doesn't matter. So then, I would like to see...

Oberon, Wonder Pig, Mxy, any of those would make great pack-in figures. Packing a Mr. Mxyzptlk with Superman would ensure that those fly off of the pegs rather than sit there for weeks and months on end.

I've always wondered why they don't pack Wonder Pig in with a single Batman. It's the only thing that would get me to buy yet another JLU Batman. Myx is also a great idea.
But I doubt Oberon has much hope as a free pack-in - Mattel has no qualms about charging full price for severely undersized figures, the worthless Polly Pocket Supergirl and Stargirl prove that. I think the best hope for an Oberon is as part of a 3-pack.
They really missed the boat by not releasing Barda, Miracle and Oberon on the same card. But I guess they could still do it with a bikini-variant Barda.
Talking of Mister Miracle, I wonder if the theoretical single release would come with escape artist locks and chains? That could be as impressive as Orion with his astro-harness.
