Nice figures. Silly question, but these are customs?

Love the Martian Manhunter. Made one very similar to this guy.

Yes, all minifigures are customs except for the ones that I added a coat too.

I thought it would be a SDCC exclusive, it's a Wal-Mart exclusive when you preorder Lego Marvel Superheroes.

From what I've read, the Iron Patriot is only good for pre-orders of a console version of the Lego Marvel Super Heroes game, and not for handhelds. The closest WM to me has no signage for this promotion yet, but I'll be looking in earnest from here on out.

Oh Man... I wish they were offering this on Wii and not just the Wii U. My son would love this.... And I would love the minifigure:) Oh well, another minifigure I will just not be able to get, and accept it.

These figures aren't that hard or expensive to pick up on ebay.

I got the Luthor one for under $10 shipped and the Hulk one for about $15.
Much better than the SDCC exclusive prices.

I totally trust you. But should I trust you on this  I'd much rather wait and pay $15-ish. So far, the Iron Patriot promotion hasn't been seen in brick and mortar Walmarts, however. At least not around here. Would the figure be more difficult to get(basically, more expensive on ebay) if it turns out to be an online only promo?
