Id suggest maybe doing a bleach/ water mixture (light on the bleach-( since Im not sure on the full affect on the colored legos))-- (it might even get the white legos white again) and immersing the whole tub and let them soak for a couple of hours (or days)-- just stir them around every so often-- then either put them out in the sun (which currently hasnt existed where I live for the past 2 weeks) to dry or use lots of paper towels..

(This is the method I use on the actual litter boxes every couple of months)

White Legos will never return to their original shine once scuffed, unfortunately.

as for cleaning the cat pee smell?, my advice would be to fill the bathtub halfway, and put in some laundry detergent, give 'em all a good soak, and a light scrub with a soft brush, then lay 'em all out on towels to dry. Should be right as rain.

Also, saw the POTC sets today, and bought a couple.

if anybody has the bagged 'Wooden Jack sparrow' I'd be very interested.

I LOVE those endcaps! Thank you Target. Over the weekend with the help of SpyMagician and Cantina Dan we were able to sift through them and find almost a complete set. I'm still missing the female surfer, the hockey player and the ice skater.

SpyMagician is a Lego Mini Figure blind bag psychic. He'd just kinda massage the bag a bit and announce: "Its the Viking." And, dang, if he wasn't almost dead on! (I benefited from the couple he got wrong, hehe!)

I went to my local walmart to get my wonderful wife a mothers day card, I went to the toy section and they had a whole bunch of pegs of series 4. I felt thru about 10 of them to finally find my Hazmat guy. love it. at 2.97, its a steal.

ps. I also bought a Pirates of the Carribean set "captains cabin" for a jack sparrow figure. stoked about that as well.

I use the App in my Droid and it works like a charm. Went to Borders yesterday for a Lego/book event and after sifting through series 2 and 4 found the punk rock and mariachi ones for my son

Final figure tally I have for Series 3:
Samarai, Cyborg Villain, Mummy, Elf x2, Alien, Baseball Player.

Final Figure tally for series 4:
Viking, Hazmat Guy, Punk Rocker, Hockey Player, Mad Scientist, and Frankenstien.

When is series 5 being released?!

And has anyone seen the new lego sets? I got the new Kingdoms Blacksmith set, and a new Alien conquest set, both are great sets IMO.

Yeah, there's another thread about series five specifically on the board somewhere.

Funny story, I decided to try and get the Lizard guy from the series using the "feel around for the tail" method, but there were so many kids and moms clustered around the box (probably a half dozen people, no joke) that I decided not to bother. I've rarely seen so many kids and moms excited about a toy these days. Lego must be making a mint with those guys!

Ah well, I have enough crap to collect as it is.

Well, they found one more way to sucker us in. I found these Lego MiniFigure display cases at Toys R Us over the weekend.

There are large and small versions of the case and they come in a variety of colors (I saw red, yellow and black). The large ones hold 16 minifigures (they same as each new wave...hmmmm...). You can stand them up with the included feet/base or hang them on the wall. They also connect together.

The large ones were $23. I bought 2 of them. (but I had a 20% off coupon from Shopkick)
