Canyon indeed.

I picked up a couple of sets tonight and put together the Z-95:

This set comes with Jedi Master Pong Krell who is a fantastic minifig:

Here is set 2 out of three (my store was buy 2 get one free).

The AT-RT:

This is probably my favorite set, as a whole, so far. This picture as well as the one on the box don't do the AT-RT justice. I would highly recommend it to any Star Wars Lego fans.

Set 3 of 3, The Corporate Alliance Tank Droid:

I thought the tank would be just ok, but it is quite good and I am very happy that I bought it. In my mind I figured at worst this was just another Clone and Battledroid for army building, but the tank is definitely worth it.

Not super clearance-- but Wal Mart has put the Rancor Set down to 40 with their newest clearance markdowns...

Bought that set recently and was surprised how much I liked it. I had really only wanted the mini-figures and had been delaying buying it for a year, but the Rancor needed its cage! Much cooler than you'd think.

I also noticed a number of the smaller 2014 sets are now on Lego.com with a sale date of Feb. 17. Sets like Anakin's yellow Jedi Interceptor and a number of other Revenge of the Sith sets, as well as a bunch of micro-fighter sets.

Kinda bummed they've canceled the planet series (which the microfighters seem to be replacing). I liked those and was in the process of creating the coolest solar system in the universe on my toy room ceiling.

I love Lego Star Wars but I don't get too excited about a lot of the sets. Just too many other priorities. Having said that, THIS set will be a must have for me. Just love it.

Definitely going to get the Final Duel set.

If you pick up a Star Wars set at the Lego Store this month, you get a free Han Solo mini figure with the coupon from the calendar.
