The sets are out now at TRU
They range from "cool" to "holy friggin AWESOME" and I'll gladly go broke picking them up

Well, $hit. I was hoping for more time before I had to worry about these. I'm in for Helm's Deep for sure.

These sets are frickin' awesome!
I've already got the Mines of Moria, She-Lob, and Helm's Deep Wall set. They did a nice job with the various characters, although they pretty much force you to buy all of them just to complete the Fellowship (having Gandalf in just one set is really lame).
Looking through the back of my instruction books, I've noticed at least one set that doesn't seem to be out yet. It seems to be big on Orcs. I hope we see that one soon.

Is it the Orc Forge? The one with the light-up brick? I had read that it is a possible Target exclusive. That may have something to do with it.

I saw the orc forge at the Lego store today. I will eventually be buying it. It looks to be a really cool set.

My Helm's Deep set came from Amazon yesterday. Anybody want to guess how I'm going to spend my afternoon today?

Hey Shell, are the flat legos that act as the base of the structures able to be attached to another flat lego? Some of the bases they use don't have lego connectors on the bottom. I'd like to get some of the large flat green/grass bases to put Helms deep on, just to keep the diorama together, just not sure if the set has the right bases. Hope that wasn't too confusing..... I wrote it and I'm a little confused. Thanks

Anybody out there confirm that the Orc Forge is a Target exclusive?
Or is it possibly a shared exclusive with the Lego Store?

These sets are all in full force at Meijers.. THought about it-- but all I really want is an Orc-- And I have a feeling that may show up as a magnet or keychain or in a cheaper set at one point..

I wrote it and I'm a little confused. Thanks Helm's Deep has regular bases that could easily attach to green or grey bases . . . with one exception. The steps to the front gate are at an angle and won't mesh with the baseplate, so the fortress won't perfectly fit. It's pretty solid, though, and personally, I don't think any baseplates are necessary.

They also have a Monster Fighter zombie polybag coming. The only problem is it is the driver, so he has one brown hand.

Or is it possibly a shared exclusive with the Lego Store? I happened to find an Orc Forge set at my local target yesterday. It does have a little image on the box that says "hard to find." I personally have never seen this on a lego box and I'm not sure if they are refering to the set or one of the mini-figs. They had loads of gandalf arrives sets and just a couple of the forge and shelob sets.
