Tried this, this weekend (was able to get the pack for only a buck- so I dont feel too bad about it)---

Its not perfect-- but better than the bowl cut-- I guess it will do..

Sweet. Love the LEGO of it all. You know that Kre-O is following up Transformers with these guys. But their plastic is very brittle. Nothing like authentic ABS.
