I was listening to a Roast Gooble podcast ( I believe it was 80 but I could be wrong) at He-Man.org and Val talked about Thundercats toys at Toyfair. He said that they showed nothing new and it was only a very small display at that. When he asked them about it, they said that was all they had to show and no more planed. I think. I might be misremembering a bit, but it definitely sounded like the line is all but done. If so, it really sucks. I've been hoping for a classics line in 4".

It was the joints that turned me away from this line. While the metal rivets are stronger, they just don't look right when you are taking pictures for diorama shots, especially if you are using one for a custom piece.

This show is starting to grow on me, but I still will not buy the figures. I hate the silver color metal rivets in the joints. Yes it makes them stronger, but I prefer aesthetic to function.

I hope I can find the new stuff before the line dies/the show is cancelled/the end of the world - whichever comes first in these days of doom and gloom.

Some people were selling 6''Tygra on ebay as a two-fer along with modern Lion-O for about$35+shipping but the sale has since ended. Other than that, no other forum that I know of has posted any sightings of 6'' Tygra. As for myself, I'm still looking for 6'' Cheetara for under $20.

I watched it too. I felt like it took them too long to tell Tygra's story. The adventure and action part of the show was kinda not so good.

I found the 6'' Thundercats at Ross last week for $5.99 and they were still there today. If I didn't already have them i would have picked all three up right then and there. I still have yet to find a Cheetara though.

It's sad when I see the same old figures sitting on the pegs, not even selling on clearance. TRU has a ton of mummy Mumm-Ras. Never seen the new figures or Mumm-Ra's tank. No space for it I guess with all the old stuff.
It's sad this line died so quickly. I was so full of excitement when it kicked off.
RIP Thundercats

I don't mean to complain, but it's a shame that Bandai has dropped the bomb on this line. Thundercats has so much potential as a retail line or as a monthly subscription, either six or eight inch. At least I got my Classics Tygra!

The 4Horsemen were retweeting things about the license being open again. Anyone know anything about it?
