Despite all the clearances going on, I have yet to see Claduis or the 6 inch Tygra. Hopefully these will end up at a Big Lots.

Or the Storm Charger. Saw the Tiger Flyer once at TRU but it didn't ring up and I passed on it - I thought I could find it someplace cheaper later! Did Deluxe Slythe ever come out? This is a sad ending to this toyline, but most lines go out with a whimper instead of a bang.

I've seen the 6 inch Tygra at TJMaxx as well, along with the Thundertank and Tower.

Cracked and bought the 6 inch classic Mumm-ra when I saw him for $6 at Walmart tonight.

I found Claudus today at Ross for $3.99. I hope I can find the Storm Charger and Deluxe Slithe and the Tiger Flyer somewhere someday. Sad this line fizzled so badly.

Hopefully another toy company will pick up the license and do great things with the Thundercats, MOTUC is doing well enough to support a sub maybe Mattel could do the same with the T-cats...

You know I'm still stunned at how quickly this line came and went despite everything it had going for it.
Great writing, solid animation, an already established name and fandom in place.
I still can't fathom how it all went wrong.

Here in Canada, the toys were very limited in their release. No 4" figures that were available and the 6" line were pretty much TrU only. Also the cartoon never aired on TV here. The 4" 2nd wave are showing up now on clearance in small numbers at Winners
