Not so much.

I've never cared for that particular character. :|

To me, the weird thing about this show when it started was that Dick and Wally were working with Superboy, when in the comics Superboy is a contemporary of Tim and Bart. If you are a fan of the old comic run of YJ, today's star was clearly missing from the show's cast.

He is also my son's favorite hero, and my son has read the entire 54 issue run of the comic at least 2x if not 3.

While I enjoyed his appearance, I spent the whole episode expecting a certain other character would die. I was relieved when he did not. But after the inclusion of Ted Kord's death and Red Arrow having a daughter with Chesire, it seems there are certain events in DC history that are being done as they happened.

I really enjoyed today's episode.
Spoiler: show
I can't say I know much at all about Impulse. So today was like a first introduction for me. Roy and Jade's little girl is gonna have some serious issues when she grows up.

Great episode
Spoiler: show
I liked seeing all the speedster's in the same episode! Didn't like Bart being faster then Wally, but thought they did a great job with Wally! My fav part is when Wally tells Barry "go ahead and lap me, I'm use to it" then he see Bart lap him and he's like u too lol that was good! Also like seeing Nightwing catch Bart if he didn't stop him I would've yelled at the TV and said BS lmao

Spoiler: show
So the found the OG roy, my question is, will he stay speedy or become Arsnal? I'm hoping he becomes Arsenal and we get Mia as Speedy

I enjoyed the episode, and I have to say I was shocked when someone in particular didn't bite the dust. I'm still fairly confident that he/she will sooner or later.

I don't think it's going to play out quite like that.

Spoiler: show
I agree that Original Roy will become Arsenal (though, one has to ask - did Original Roy age five years, or is he still 18?), but there won't be a new Speedy. It was said in the past that Arrowette is going to make an appearance at some point, so I'm betting she becomes the team's new archer. Especially with Peter David as involved as he is in the series and the introduction of Impulse.

Not to mention that Cissie has already appeared before the five-year jump in "Insecurity." She'd be about 15-16 now, which is the perfect age.

Looks like the hiatus has been put off a week!

DirecTV is telling me a new episode called "Depths" is up on Saturday.

Here's hoping Aqualad shows up again. :D

Interesting. I had missed that she had appeared. Loving the show in season 2.

It was a blink-and-you-missed-it, no-name cameo that Peter David later confirmed to be her.

But yeah, the show started out pretty uneven, ramped up toward the end of the first season, and is now in full-on crazy mode. Loving every second of it. I'm hoping it sticks around long enough to give us the likes of Starfire, Cyborg, Raven, and Donna Troy - maybe even a 20 year-old Kyle Rayner.

There was a DC cross over event back in 1988? era called "Invasion".
Spoiler: show
If we rename the Krolatains as Dominators, I think we have a pretty good idea what they and the competitor are up to.

Has Red Tornado been seen since Season 2 began? What is the difference between the 'B' designation of the Team and the 'A' designation that Mal Duncan has?

That is the exact same thing I started thinking when they translated "Meta-Gene"

I think he was at the end of the first episode when the League converged on the team in the water.

B is the Team. A is for "associates" of either the Team or the League.
