Otter-
I hope you put up the whole thing, if possible. I'd really, really like to see/hear as much of it as possible.

Agreed. Even though I was at SDCC, I couldn't be at the panel due to medical issues

I think it was sweet to come on out and tell their story.
All I know is the Marvel Legends/Legendary Heros line got me the best toys ever. Outside of Soul of Chogokin and similar things that cost $60 a pop, these are the best toys I own. Not every one is a winner, but the gems they put out are unbelievable. the bonus that these guys really cared about their work and about their fans really shows in the product.
I'm not the kind to look at what I don't have and get pissed. How sad that must be. I just go look at ML13 Green Goblin or ML1 Iron Man or SMC16 Spidey or ML8 Man-Thing or the LCBH Savage Dragon or any of the dozens of others I have and I am so grateful for the loving work these people did that I got to benefit from.

Really well put, SP. I'm also not the type to take such things personally-- usually! When the subject of Nexus action figures comes up I get a little crazy.
With the "What's Wrong With DC Direct?" thread running right now, it really got me thinking about what was RIGHT with Toy Biz. I am a MUCH bigger fan of DC characters in general, but for several years the majority of my action figure budget was going to Marvel Legends. Why? They were producing better figures for much less money. Marvel Legends is THE BEST superhero toy line ever, IMHO. It's just too bad that they were stopped before they could do the same with all those great indie characters that have never even had the benefit of one action figure.
