I did own the Spawn Chapel...he rocked sox! Well..except for his lack of articulation, that is? But, I went to wizard.com and Liefeld said Chapel would be in an upcoming assortment.
I cant believe I actually care about a post Cable/Deadpool Liefeld creation?!?!

I'll definitely be picking up Madman and Judge Dredd. I'd also love to see figs from:
The Tick Mage Grendel Concrete The Nocturnals The Walking Dead

A 2000 A.D. Dark Judges gift pack (with Judges Death, Fire, Fear, and Mortis) would be great, too...

I've been chewing over this for a few days now.... I'm still not sure how this line is going to work. I personally will only be buying Madman from the announced first wave. I don't think that the Image characters have nearly the chache that Toy Biz seems to think they do. On the flip side, most of the characters that I would want that could be included in this line (like Nexus and the Rocketeer) are 20 years old and haven't been actively published in ages. So I think this is a recepe for disaster. However, I could be wrong. ML has been driven for several waves by characters that no one could believe would sell. Look at the last waves: Longshot, Captain Marvel, the Falcon, Moon Knight.... not exactly household names. Perhaps the comic book audience is strong enough now to support such a line, although comic book sales figures would seem to indicate otherwise. The best that I can hope for is that this line is diverse enough to get some really great characters into plastic, like the above two. I hope that they devote at least one figure a wave, for however long this lasts, to characters that have slipped through the publishing cracks. I'll have a list later, but I gotta get back to work now...

Rocketeer was sold to Disney quite a while ago(before the movie I think) so he's doubtful, Nexus would be good though and a Flamiung Carrot.

I'd love to see the Rocketeer (as others have mentioned). But I'd also love some of the old First Comics characters (Grim Jack, Badger, Jon Sable). I'd like figures of the Valiant guys (X-O Manowar, Shadow Man) and the Gold Key/Valiant guys like Solar and Magnus.

I wonder if Miracleman is fair game?
I think the Archie heroes are up for grabs once Impact Comics failed.
Also: Mr. Monster, American Flagg, Crossfire, and all of Alan Moore's 1963 characters!
I also think they should hire some of their artists to design all new characters to seed into the line.

Peace,
Chip I'm going to guess that the rights to the Shadow are tied up in Raimi's new movie. J.

Sadly, the full answer to that question takes about an hour, three lawyers, a young priest, and an old priest to asnwer...and the answer only ends in tears. Or maybe it's just that it always makes ME cry. The short answer is: "No, and McFarlane's a douchebag."

Maybe they can pull a McFarlane and make a "Miracle Muchacho" figure who looks suspiciously like Miracleman...
SuperPatriot looks great! Can't wait for this line to hit.
