My friend is trying to assemble the Pitt figure, and he's having a problem- the left leg won't fit into the left ball and socket joint of the lower torso. The right leg went in fine.

Also, the lower torso, once assembled with the upper torso, is very loose, and won't stay in the socket.

Anyone else have this problem?

heat the end of the peg in boiling water, about 30 sec to a minute,
then shove it in.

Any ideas on this one?

Hello,

I came late to this thread, but I had the same problems; when assembled
he came apart at the left leg, waist and right arm. I eventually forced (and when I say forced, I mean forced) him together. Boiling would have been my next option.

The torso took some effort, but I heard the click and knew it was together forever after that. But the left leg problem was not as easy to solve. I put so much pressure on it that the pelvis came apart and I had to glue the two pieces with the ratchet thingy in the middle for each leg peg back together. I heated the peg with a blow dryer and tried superglue both because I could not tell for sure if the problem was the peg being too big or too small, I think it is the latter though.
