I was wondering what Spiderman figure would be the BEST, or definitive one to get? I'm not too much of a fan of his but I want to get a good one to go with my other comic figs. I'd love to get one with something like web ropes though, and the only thing I've seen with something like that are the movie figures, which I don't want to get. Same Q. except with Venom, which figure for him is the best? Piece y'all, John

For Spidey, I like the one from the Urban Legends box set.
For Venom, the one from the Sinister Six box set is my fave.

I personally like the 1st app. Spidy from the ML Sentinal wave, but I still think that Steve Ditko is the definitive Spidy artist.

Fearsome foes Spidey hands down, this is probably my favorite legends figure ever.

Thanks for the input. I guess I'll be going with the ML multipacks for Spidey then.

Got another lil Q. Is the new Hasbro Thor the Ultimate Version? He doesn't look like most Ultimate pics I've seen of Thor, but he doesn't look like the other pics I've seen of him either. And was/is the Giant Man series Thor hard to get? I'm wanting to get him so Loki won't be lonely on my shelf. Piece, John

>>Is the new Hasbro Thor the Ultimate Version? <<No, that's Lord Thor from the Dan Jurgens run. It's what Thor looked liked right before Avengers Disassembled. Click on the Thumbnails: >>And was/is the Giant Man series Thor hard to get?<<The Giant-Man series was a Wal-Mart exclusive, and for a lot of folks that series came and went fast. You should still be able to get one on e-bay without paying an arm and a leg, though. I imagine you can get a loose one for less then ten bucks, if you wanna go that route. Mike (Hope that helps!)

Okiedoke, thanks Mike! I think I'll go with the GM Thor if the Hasbro one can't take of it's helmet.
