I noticed that so much stuff has been pushed back that we're going to be getting multiple DCD waves from June to July (JSA Ser. 1, Superman/Batman Ser. 7, History of the DCU Ser. 1 & 2). To top it all off, the DCUC Ultraman-Alex Luthor pack is coming next month too.

There's just too much stuff coming at the same time. I wish these waves better spaced so that we can catch our breath!

This may be the reason why DC Direct no longer mails the Arrival Dates anymore

It will be interesting to see if they move things around so people don't get pounded all at once, of if they just let it happen. I have seen it go both ways with DC Direct, so the odds are at 50/50. This could all be a result of DC Direct being hurt by the toy factory mess over in China and we are just now seeing the effects.

With all of these delays, I have stopped pre-ordering the figures. I used to be able to budget each months expenses knowing when to expect them, but now, there is often 2 waves in a given month, plus an extras like a 1:6, or bust that it just can't be set in stone 6 months ahead of time.

If they get a solid handle on things again, I will gladly go back to pre-ordering what I want, but for now ... its a wait and see with DC Direct.

Even without delays, I found that DC Direct had a bad habit of too many times scheduling the action figures and 13" figures to close together. I got hammered one month with two action figure series and a 13" figure! Since I don't buy the action figures anymore, I don't have to worry about that scenario anymore... unless they double up on 13" figures in a month!

So I guess the latest Superman/Batman series is delayed as well?
